Step 1 – Take Pictures

Take pictures of your teeth. We will need two pictures of your teeth;
– 1 smiling naturally &
– 2 biting down, showing all your teeth.

Step 2 – Order our Impression Kit

Place your order and your impression kit is on the way!
We assist you to ship your impression kit and send it back to us!

Step 3 – Take Impressions

Follow the impression guide instructions included with your kit or check out our impression guide video.

Step 4 – Send Back Impression Kit

After taking your impressions, place them into the box enclosed and secure it with the seal stickers provided. Please note that the return label is enclosed in your kit. Please contact us while shipping back the kit!

Step 5 – Receive Your Dental Appliance
