And if you are not happy with the process during the treatment period, we do our best to make you happy whether with refund or providing extra necessary services determined by Board of Costumer Services operating within Selfdentist.com
The treatment process has two basic steps and the refunds are determined accordingly. The first stage is sending dental impression kits and providing treatment preview. A preview is a graphical representation of before and after images of the progress you will receive by using Selfdentist products. Previews are delivered to you electronically, and viewed on your own device two weeks after we perform a scan or receive your kit back. Client makes the initial payment for this stage of the process. So, the procedures of the first stage including Dental Impression Kits, Replacement Putty, and Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
The second stage of the treatment process is receiving the products. Each product is custom made. If the Board of Customer Services determine that our processes are not a good fit for your case, you will receive a refund. The amount of refund will be determined by the Board of Customer Services.
In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with the results after your completed treatment, and you have complied with all the product wear and care instructions, we are happy to work with you to determine a way to make you satisfied.
All refunds are processed immediately after approval by the Board of Customer Services.
